Front End Engineering Phase

* PMC HV power system specialist. Duties involve developing power system studies for 132/11 kV GIS substations required to feed Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) industrial loads and preparing ETAP model for KOC main 11 kV distribution substations in North & South East Kuwait.
* Liaise between KOC & MEW (Ministry of Electricity & Water) in regard to developing scope of work for 132/11 kV GIS substations assigned to supply KOC facilities.
* Develop project start-up activities such as preparing Electrical Scope of Work for Kuwait Oil Company upstream oil and gas production projects and produce project specific work instructions.
* Develop list of project related electrical deliverables. Prepare start & finish dates for electrical activities and establish key milestones. Utilize logic sequence for activities based on project Level 1 schedule. Update schedule at agreed intervals showing completion status against each deliverable and activity. Adjust manpower levels to suit.
* Estimate project manhours and produce manhour summary based on estimated manhours and proposed schedule. Review actual scope of work against proposal and revise manhour estimate as required.
* Carry out conceptual and frond end engineering design of electrical systems associated with oil drilling projects, oil gathering centers, gas booster stations and pipelines throughout Kuwait for Kuwait Oil Company.

* Participate in Lump Sum Turn Key Contractors project tender evaluation team.
