EXPERIENCE
QA/QC E/I supervisor – SBG-ABCD, KSA – Jan 2007 – Present
* Working with the main contractor to study and review the design of the Electrical and low current systems(from subcontractors), to assure that design approve the project MTR or Project Specification and IFC, then follow up the execution in site to assure that working on site is according to the approved submittals and running as planed time schedule, and coordinate with other trades (Civil, Architecture,. .) in both design and executing phases.
* Worked in the following projects:
- Security Building (Saudi MOI), worked in PH2 in Riyadh, working with the DAR consultant in various site activities (RFI, RFT, MRI, Site instructions …).
- KAUST project in Thawel, working with Saudi Aramco and in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, first as a QA/QC Telecomm supervisor, following RFI, checklists, SATIP, SATR, SAEIC…, then in handing over department, to achieve the MCC, following the GI2.7.10 steps.
Project Manager –Technoware Co., Egypt–Jan 2005–Dec 2006
* Developing a complete Muscle Stimulation system with PIC18F8621, The device output multiplexed high voltage signal, and getting feedback from Gyroscope ADXL150 and Accelerometer ADXL202 through FIR digital filter.
* Designing microprocessor control for large and small washing machines.
Technical manager – Sofisat Co., Egypt – Oct 2001 - Dec 2004
* multinational project, which uses VoIP and wireless technologies to provide commercial PSTN telephone service to subscribers, wherein maintain wireless link to the telephone Exchange, I trained a team of engineers and technicians for assembling the cabinets' hardware (which installed in the streets), site installation and configuration, telephone Exchange servers creating and running, until making test phone call from the cabinet, and troubleshooting any arising problems.
* Participating in improving the overall system performance.
