Rolls & Responsibilities:-
* Played the role of Project Manager
* Communicate with the Management and gathered requirements of the Business units and coordinated with Architects and other consultants.
* Finalised the Drawings and other required Services and facilities of the project.
* Prepared the Budget for the project and formulated for the Approval of the commercial and finance team.

Project Description:-
The Satyam Malaysia Campus is being developed in 15 Acres land as the Joint venture between Government of Malaysia and Satyam Computer Services Ltd with the facilities like Main IT development block with Hosting centre facility, Training & Library block, Café & Club house block, Auditorium block of overall constructed area of 300,000 Sft.
Rolls & Responsibilities:-
* Played the Role of Onsite Project Manager and being the Single point of contact for the entire project.
* Communicated with the Management and gathered the requirements of the Business units and coordinated with Engineering Dept of Govt. of Malaysia, Architects and other consultants.
* Analysed the Architectural design, elevation and Interior design of each block and location starting from the Concept and concluded with sign off
* Analysed the Mechanical and electrical with design concept and conclude the M&E design like Cooling system, electrical system, fire detection & suppression system, security system for the entire campus
* Analysed the Network system related works, Telephony solutions etc along with the Network team and conclude with sign off
