Project: QGII LNG Onshore and Common Facilities Project – CLP - Off plot
* Construction of LNG loading Berth 4 and Berth 5 (Includes loading platform, Breasting Dolphins and Mooring Dolphins by floating mode method using jack up / floating barges and construction of superstructures / abutments.
* 5.8 kms jetty corridor (includes pipe rack, pipe sleeper, equipment, and steel structure foundations), Local Marine Terminal / Sub-station buildings, Marine flare, culverts & fly overs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervision, guidance and overview of sub contractors to implement the requirement of the sub contract including the drawings and specifications
* Overall planning of the work and coordination with other discipline work in the same area
* Monitor and advise the sub contractors on the control of his labours, construction equipment and materials to ensure meeting the schedule
* Ensure the sub contractor use approved and updated materials
* Confirm the work complies with Quality, Safety / Health and Environment requirements and work with the subcontractors to take corrective action in case of problems.
* Prepare daily and weekly construction reports
* Co-operate and advise Sub contractors to correct work plans in case of engineering drawing or material availability problems or change of work required.

Channel Preparation / Launching ramp piling & erection / launching of BHOR to Laguna and to offshore

* Channel Preparation: Dredging 5800 mtr long Laguna: work barge operation using clamp shell operation, Grab, toyo pump and crane with 23 mtr dragline.
* Land Mode Excavation for channel preparation: Using Crane with 25 mtr dragline and using 17 mtr long stick excavator for slope preparation & laying of geo textile material and gabion material with crane for the slope protection of channel.
* Driving steel piles by vibrating hammer and delmag-30 percussion hammer upto -30.00 mtr from ground level for launching ramp & erection of launching ramp (220 mtr length)
* Driving of steel piles in the Laguna with work barge operation for mooring of the BHOR (sub-sea structure)
* Rail track: preparation of sub-base, laying of sleepers and installation of railways.
