1. The Oracle-- Broadbeach Gold Coast, QLD
To be completed in 2010, The Oracle features two mixed use towers of 50 and 40 stories height. This project encompasses three basements and four podium levels over 12,000 m2 site. The towers promise never to be built out of ocean views while also being located just minutes from Oasis Shopping Center, the Gold Coast Convention Center and Jupiters Casino.
Involved design of hydrostatic basement slab, podium Level 2 and other floors; conducted design check/review of the typical floors done by others;

2. Newstead Waterfront development Brisbane, LD
Midrise high end residential development with river view. Buildings # 60 and 61 have total area of 48,000 m2; Both of which are 5 story PT buildings with large landscape/podium—Involved in the hydrostatic basement design and podium transfer slab design, including section detailed design;
Conducted design check/review for other PT podium slabs;
3. Allisee Stage II-- Building # F and G Hollywell, QLD
These two residential high end buildings have total area 14,000m2, 5 story high with RC slabs and Roofs.
Involved in typical floors and roofs design check/review by using RAM Concept and RAPT.

4. Commercial Development at Montpilier Road Bowen Hills, QLD
This building has 4 stories above ground with 3 level basement, total area around 24,000 m2. Conducted complete design check/review of gravity system of the building including PT /RC slab design, steel work and masonry structures

5. Bulky Goods Retail Center Brisbane, QLD
Involved in preliminary design of steel framework and foundations including ground beams, pad footing and piles.

6. KGUV Lots 2, 3 & 5 Development Brisbane, QLD
Conducted lateral analysis and preliminary design of core walls for Commercial Tower East which features 12 stories above ground with 4 level basements;
Involved in gravity system preliminary design including slabs and columns for QUT Performance
And Music Building that has 9 stories total including typical floors and basements. Also, conducted preliminary design of core walls with ETABS.

1. Naples Yacht Club—three story masonry and concrete structures. Responsible for beam, grade beam and filigree concrete slab design;
2. Atterbury Residence---two story $15 million beach residence. Designed wood connection, timber, concrete and steel beams, columns, grade beams and piles; responsible for wind load analysis;
3. O'Neill Residence---two story concrete single-family house. Designed foundation, two way slab, columns, beams, retaining walls, etc. Also cooperated with drafter to help with drafting set up;
4. Renaissance Village---Five-story concrete building commercial-residential complex that includes 10 building totally. Responsible for prestressed concrete slab design for buildings C,D, E and F.
5. Residence @ Douglas—21-story high-rise concrete condominium building. Designed 5 story concrete parking garage including sloped prestressed concrete slabs, columns and shear walls;
Also, conducted the design of PT slabs in the main building including punching shear check;
6. Ritz Carlton Hotel--- 5 story luxury hotel. Designed prestressed concrete slabs for the tower part;
Also designed curved shape two-way slabs and slabs on-grade;
7. Florencia---22-story high-rise concrete condominium building. Built ETABS strength and dynamic models; designed PT slab for heavily loaded landscape deck;
8. Naples Bay Marina West--- 4 story mid-rise concrete residential and commercial complex. Designed all the PT slabs for buildings A1, A2 & C; checked the punching shear for all the slabs;
9. Santa Rosa---10 story concrete condominium building. Conducted design development to determine slab thickness and column sizes; Performed wind load analysis based on AISC 07 and built ETABS dynamic model;
10. Conducted PT design of heavily loaded landscape decks for these high-rise concrete condominium buildings including Arezzo, Revenna, Tercerria @Bayside, Palazzo Delmare, Lesina and Tuscany.

Inspection/rehabilitation design of a 20,000 m2. multi-story reinforced concrete frame structure subjected to corrosion damage and heavy loadings such as crane and impacts;
Drafted owner's inspection report, supervised project, managed field inspection, and performed structural analysis, conducted rehabilitation design of precast concrete roof panels and steel roof trusses. Software used: SAP & AutoCAD

Industrial Structure - Dalian Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.
Inspection/rehabilitation design of a (1-story) 15,000 m2 iron ore smelting plant subjected to extreme temperature damage; Its structure features masonry bearing walls and R.C slabs with interior R.C columns.
Supervised project, drafted owner's inspection report, managed field inspection, and performed structural analysis and rehabilitation design of R.C slabs and beams. Software used: SAP & AutoCAD

Commercial Structure - Shuangqing Shopping Mall
Design of 12,000 m2 (4-story) shopping mall building that structurally features reinforced concrete frames,
C.I.P concrete slabs with shear walls; The foundations are spread footings.
Performed structural analysis with SAP and drafting contract plans with AutoCAD; conducted design of moment frames and spread footings using PK/PM design software; conducted shop drawing check.

Industrial Structure - Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd
Inspection and re-design of an existing 25,000 m2 multi-story reinforced concrete/steel frame industrial building which is iron-steel shop plant suffering from high temperature and chemical corrosion. This industrial building structurally features multi-story, multi-span precast concrete frames, prestessed concrete/steel crane girders, prestressed concrete/steel roof systems.
Drafted owner's inspection report, performed field inspections and structural analysis. Redesigned some of prestressed roof trusses and precast roof panels. Software used: SAP & AutoCAD.

Industrial Structure - Baotou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.
Inspection/rehabilitation design of an existing 100,000 m2 iron-steel shop roof systems which are composed of a various types/spans of pre-stressed concrete/steel truss and precast concrete roof panel systems;
Conducted field inspection; Performed structural analysis using SAP program for prestressed concrete and steel trusses, Re-designed prestressed concrete roof trusses and precast concrete roof panels and drafted contract plans using AutoCAD. Seismic was taken into account as well as heavy industrial loads and severe corrosion condition.
