* Make sure that inspection and monitoring devices if any used for inspection are calibrated and controlled.
* Conduct final inspection of the installed insulation in accordance with the ITP / QCP/ customer drawings and offer the same for the customer inspection.
* Identify nonconformance, documents and report it to project manager
* Supervise rework or repair if any carried out on the insulation and carry out re-inspection.
* Prepare the inspection reports in the prescribed inspection report form and obtain customer approval.

* Concrete Underground Reservoir around 60,000 m2 uni-coat applied using plural component machine. Expansion joint works and surface preparation by sand blasting two coats of uni-coat water proof membrane coating.

In the above period of working, duties and responsibilities are over all site in charge for the painting projects. Main activities of the company industrial and marine coatings. During the project work we handle one cargo vessel from transocean marine paints, the contract is inspection and monitoring material and documentation within a limited period. Project is successfully finished in 21 days, at Kuwait ship - yard.
* High pressure water jetting and Sand blasting up to near white metal
* Repairing damaged metal, Primer and mid coat application within the interval timings as per manufacturer recommendations.
* Top coat at the line of boot top, Anti-fouling for boot top.

Project successfully finished in 21 days. (day and night shift) as per client requirements.
