A. Planning & Scheduling
* Planned, Monitor and update the SPDC GBU EPC Project Plan using Primavera P3e.
* Developed the Gbaran Ubie Integrated Oil & Gas (EPCC) Project Phase II level l – 2 schedules.
* Assist the Project to optimize critical path activities and directly contribute to delivery of the project to schedule.
* Recommend recovery actions for fast tracking delayed activities / work pack
* Review contractor progress reports and provide early advice on trends or indicators to the leadership team
* Activities duration estimating and weightings to enable an accurate progress measurement
* Collaborate with the major contractors and vendors to optimize their project planning
* Developed work package using BOQ for detailed planning for increased scope visibility and effective progress measurement
* Formulate a high level (summary) and detailed schedules (levels 2 & 3)
* Develop and maintain schedule risk models and provide input to the leadership team on reference risks and uncertainties
* Review activities relationship periodically to accelerate completion.
* Maintain Project Overall Schedule (GU phase I and GU Phase II). (Lv 1 & 2)
* Planned and Monitor Oil / Gas Well drilling and Maintenance Drilling sequence.
* Constantly monitored and ensured the integrity and consistency of the planning system
* Interface with multiple contractor planners to monitor compliance with project requirements and address issues with respect to planning set-up and reporting.

* Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports such as progress figures, S-curves, Variance, VOWD, Highlights, look-a-heads etc
