Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for Execution SS and CS Pipelines of Reactor auxiliary systems.
* Responsible for the Preparation of testing and commissioning documentations (CRR, Test scheme etc..) and Coordination of Hydro testing activities
* Responsible for the Erection, Inspection and Alignments of equipments like fuel rack, Vertical stand, Passive Heat Recovery Systems, Heat exchangers, & Regulating and controlling system.
* Preparation of Sub Contractor Bill, Inspection Reports, Erection Documentations & Daily Reports.
* Interacts with Clint Officials & Sub contractors.
* Member of safety Inspection team.
2. One Year Work Experience in M/s Ashapura Minechem Ltd, Trivandrm as a Mechanical Engineer (Projects). (From November 2007 to Septamber2008)
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the Erection and Commissioning of all Mineral Processing Plant Machineries( Rotary kilns, Rotary dryers, Rotary coolers, Filter press, Pumps, R.O plant, Cooling towers, Gasifires ), Ducting, Pollution control Equipments, Structures, Agitators, Conveyers (belt bucket,& pneumatic), Bin actuator in New Kaolin plant.
* Erection and commissioning of Effluent Treatment plant and RO Plant.
* Hydro test and Pneumatic test of plant pipe lines and Equipments.
* Planning and Execution of daily project activities in my area and Preparation of Reports, and checking of sub contractor Bills.
* Inspection of Equipments and in coming materials.
* Member of a commissioning team.
3. One year work experience in M/s BSES Kerala Power Ltd, (165 MW CCPP) as a Maintenance engineer (From September 2003 to August 2004)
Job Responsibilities:

* GE make LM 6000PC NLW Gas turbine (3x45 MW, Participate in Hot section work), BHEL Make Steam Turbine (1x39 MW), Thermax Babcock Wilcox Ltd Make Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Water Treatment Plant and Softening plant Equipments, Valves, Utilities like Air Compressors,(Kholsa Crepelle), Cooling tower, Fuel cleaning and Handling systems, Lubrication systems etc
Language Fluency: Fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil
Computer Proficiency: Auto cad, MS- Applications
