A mega mechanical district cooling plant for producing chilled water & supplying to the surrounding buildings heat exchanger through underground pipeline which interrelated with SCADA & BMS system connecting to energy centre(contains a set of water cooled centrifugal chillers capacity 2000 tons each,cooling towers,secondary pumps 11,200 gpm, primary pumps 9930 gpm,condensor pumps9970 gpm,full stream separator for seperating waste particles from cooling tower water,solid recovery vessel,pot stainer) & 53 energy transfer stations (contains plate type heat exchanger & secondary pumps) in building side&control of the system is through scada techniques.

Job Responsibilty:

1. Placing the daily work process as per Superior's advice and projects needs.

2. To prepare the submittal as per project specification, BOQ & Schedule and get approval from consultant.

3. To follow up the procurement dept,find out the require materials for the site.

4. To follow up the long lead /short lead Items & Critical Item.

5. To ensure timely delivery of materials by co-ordinating with procurement as per site requriement.

6. Check the shop drawings as per ASHRAE,SMACNA standard and to get the approval from consultant.

7. Reporting day today activities to the higher personals and to achieve monthly job targets.

8. Involvement in HVAC design - Heat load calculation, Pump Head calculation, ESP calculation, Inertia base calculation, Noise level calculation Equipment selection, Knowledge in ducting & chilled water pipe design.

9. Involvement in co-coordinating with Engineers about the construction drawings and preparation of RFI, CVI, WIR, MIR.

10. To check the Quantity take off from the drawing.

11. Preparing of Duct Design, Duct Layout, Piping design, piping layouts, Static Pressure calculations and Bill of Quantities.

12. Review of Tender documents & construction document for the variation work order.
