Working inside lives Substation for new 66KV cable installation.-8months Experience still on work.

Responsibilities:
1. To execute the project as per Kahramaa safety rules and regulation.
2. Supervises Inspection & monitoring of projects.
3. Reviews designs, drawings, calculations etc.
4. Attends Testing of EHV Power Cable 66KV and Perform Testing like Sheath test and Meggar test on EHV Power Cable when required.
5. Co-ordinate and supervise commissioning and construction work teams and plan future work programs.
6. Excellent communication skill accompanied by good Management as well as with Instrumental Leadership Qualities.
7. Perform safe and reliable operation of Cable installation by cable pulling and arrangements of cables as per requirement of the clients.
8. Perform internal cable testing when required.
9. Inspect trench and arrangement before cable pulling, cbs filling, placing cable tiles, backfilling.
10. Cable termination preparation inside live Substation (GIS 220KV/66KV/11KV), trench excavation, support installations, cable pulling, cbs filling, placing cable tiles, backfilling.
11. Holder of Qatar General Electricity and Water Company (KAHRAMAA) Limitation of Access (LOA) and Permit to Work (PTW), have authorization to work on 66KV cables.
12. Can do project from starting to ending.

Government Automation Training Experience.(ATI India). 5 months.

1. Good Knowledge in control circuits design and other electrical diagrams using
Siemens step 7 (logic design) of Electrical Automation and AutoCAD.
2. Good Exposure in PLC programming like FBD, LADDER LOGIC and AC / DC drives troubleshooting.
3. Good exposure in PLC Siemens s7-300, s7-200 and micro plc Siemens logo.
4. Commissioning of AC drives (Siemens) for industrial automation and other applications.
5. SCADA/DCS Programming for process control.

PROJECT COMPLETE ON DCS ARE:

1. CONTROLLING OF PROCESS TANK-IN THIS TASK, WE HAVE TO PROGRAM DCS.

(1) FIRST WE HAVE TO FILL THE SUMP,AFTER SUMP FLOAT SENSOR SENSE THE HIGHER LEVEL,THEN PUMP STARTED AND FILL THE BUFFER TANK TO THE TOP LEVEL.

(2)AGAIN WHEN TOP TANK FLOAT SENSOR GET ACTIVATED,THE WATER GOES TO THE PROCESS TANK,AGAIN PROCESS TANK HAVE TWO SENSORS,HIGH LEVEL AND LOW LEVEL.

(3)WHEN HIGH LEVEL SENSOR ACTIVATED,THE PROCESS TANK GET HEATED USING HEATER FOR SPECIFIC TIME.

(4)FINALLY HEATED WATER COMES OUT THROUGH CONTROL VALVE OF PROCESS TANK.

IN THIS PROJECT, WE REQUIRED RTD, WATER PUMP, AND AIR COMPRESSOR FOR CONTROL VALVE, TRANSMITTER, ETC.

Additional: Worked with control circuits like timers, counters, relays and contactors, etc.
