Ensuring the development and engineering of producible tooling to enable manufacturing to built wing, body, and tail sections for wide body or twin isle and single isle family of Boeing airplanes, which were on schedule and within cost with track records. Support manufacturing and other support organization by providing quick and responsive action to resolve all tool engineering related issues that may impact the quality and pruducibility of the airplane.
Other tasks were to assist in assembly tool engineering plan with Industrial Engineering and fabrication to meet the workflow schedule, and participate in the Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to insure the quality, safety, and work flow requirements for the following programs in all separate times and facility locations: 777 Wing, 767-400ER program, 777-300 program, 737-700 and-800 programs (The New Generation), and Boeing Commercial Airplane Group Fabrication division.
Designed Floor Mounted Equipment, mechanical handling tools, and man-lifts for wing major tools. Some design requests consisted over 500 man-hours. The mentioned automatic man-lifts design program was entirely managed and conducted in accordance with the Tool Design/Industrial Engineering request.
Duties included stress analysis using ALGORE -FEA software program.

Tool Engineering in support of Airline Customer Service Engineering:
Tool Engineering support for the service engineering for Rapid Response Center to support airline customer's request by Investigating & resolving technical in-service structural repair and maintenance issues. Duties consisted reviewing and developing tooling for structural repairs, and working closely with other engineers by performing stress analysis of tools for unique repairs. Participate in Airplane On the Ground (AOG) team damage surveys and repairs and interface with airline customers and applicable Boeing tooling organizations to resolve in-service issues including on-site technical assistance at the customer location. Required at least 20-50% worldwide traveling.
