I am currently employed with Nabors Drilling in Oklahoma/Colorado. I am a derrick hand on a triple rig. I am making $24.00 an hour, time and half for overtime, $20 day rig pay, housing when away from home and misc. benefits.I would train for any other job available. I have many years experience in the oilfield industry and construction field. I can do floorhand, motorman, etc jobs. I am also a supervisor, large truck driver, heavy equipment operator, and welder. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
I have qualifications to be floorhand (use tongs to connect and disconnect drill pipe, equipment maintenance, assisting in lay casing after well is drilled, assisting other members of the crew as needed, and "general housekeeping"), motorhand (responsible for operating and maintaining the engines which power the drilling equipment, can be 3 or 4 diesel engines and several electrical engines on the rig,. trains floorhand and leasehands and derrickman (Second Crew member in charge on rig, climb platform high above the rig floor to assist racking drill pipe when it is being pulled our of the hole, Guide new crew members, Responsible for maintenance and smooth operation of the mud pumps and mud holding pits, and other machines in the mud pump room, Assists roughnecks on drill floor,, when moving rig breaks down subs, floors, motors, lay rig over) in the oil field industry.. I have many years experience as crane operator, a finish hand on dozer, dozer operator,grader,backhoe,trachoe, forklift, scraper and dump truck. I have numerous years experience as a truck driver, semis with end-dumps, belly dumps and tankers. I hold a current CDL Class A license. I have delivered oil field equipment and supplies to the rig site. I am qualified as concrete and asphalt finisher. I am also an experienced structural welder. I am an experienced piper fitter. Construction site and concrete finishing crew foreman/manager over approximately 15 employees and trucks and equipment. Have extensive knowledge of tail-gate meetings. I hold equipment safety cards. I have received safety awards for hours worked without accident and injuries.
