06/98 - 09/98 Construction Manager Kikkoman Foods Folsom, California Mr. Hodges was responsible for working out architectural punch listed items, on a Kikkoman foods project in Folsom, California. He was also responsible for vendor equipment expediting for a confidential client serving the consumer packaging industry in Baltimore, Maryland.

10/97 - 05/98 Construction Manager Applied Materials Singapore Mr. Hodges was responsible for the design build fit out of a 17,000 square feet space including 3,000 square feet for tool training area, with construction & start-up services in existing structure, including support, office and classroom space. The project included modification of existing HVAC and electrical systems. Installing fan-coil units, general and process vacuum exhaust, bulk gases, CDA, process cooling water, chilled water systems, power panels and transformer, hooking up one each Endura PVD 5500, Centura CVD 5200 and Centura ETCH wafer fab tools at Applied Materials new training center.

04/97 - 09/97 Construction Manager Hewlett Packard Singapore Mr. Hodges was responsible for the design-build fit out, and Facility Management of an 189,000 square feet space including 20,000 square feet Class 10k Clean room, with Construction & start-up services in existing structure, including support and office space. This project included Facilities Management modifying existing HVAC and electrical systems, installing new chiller systems, fan-coil units, make up and return air handlers, 1500 tons of cooling towers capacity, IWW systems Bulk Gas, Electrical Substations, 2500KVA Transformers, Power Panels, UPS System, Water reclaim system, 3460 cfm CDA, 180 GPM RO system, with services terminated at all tool location of Hewlett Packard's New Ink-Jet manufacturing facility.

11/96 - 03/97 Construction Manager Komatsu Hillsboro, OR Mr. Hodges provided walk-down and start up and Facility Management services, for all process, utility systems, Waste water plant, RO/DI water plant for a 310,000 square feet wafer facility.

03/96 - 10/96 Construction Manager VLSI Technology Inc. San Antonio, TX Mr. Hodges was responsible for the design-build project to include build out of 20,000 square feet of class 1 space in existing structure, including support and office space. This facility management project required expansion of the central utilities building, as well as all utilities to support the fab space. His responsibilities included installation of new boiler, deaerator, water softener, cooling tower, 1,200-ton and 500-ton chillers, expansion tanks, chemical feed, heat exchangers, and air handler in the central utilities building, including all associated piping and startup.

06/95 - 05/96 Construction Manager Intel Corporation Chandler, Arizona Mr. Hodges was responsible for the master planning, design, and construction services for a 1,300,000-square foot submicron micro-electronics manufacturing facility with Class 1 clean-rooms (Fab 12). His responsibilities included installation of thin film tools, including mechanical, electrical, high-purity piping, and ultra-pure water, scrubbed exhaust, testing, and turning over to client.

07/94 - 05/95 Construction Manager Intel Corporation Aloha, OR Mr. Hodges managed a 271,000-square-foot expansion of a submicron microelectronics development-manufacturing facility with 64,000 square feet of Class 1 clean room (D1E). His responsibilities included gas pad expansion, new equipment installation, high-purity piping, electrical, fire protection, contractor testing, mechanical, and day-to-day contractor meetings and schedules to keep within budget and meet turnover schedules. Additional responsibilities included installation of wet etch tools, including mechanical, electrical, high-purity piping, scrubbed exhaust, testing, and turning over to client, and all tie ins to existing services.

07/93 - 12/93 Construction Manager Crs Sirrine Engineers, Inc, Greenville, SC Westvaco, Covington, VA Mr. Hodges served as a Field Engineer/Construction Manager for a Paper Recycling Facility. His was responsible for night shift construction management of a new paper recycle plant (118,000 square foot process area and a 300,000 square foot warehouse) involving civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, equipment erection, testing and startup. Peak manpower for all craft on night shift was 186 persons.

02/93 - 06/93 Field Engineer/Construction Manager Intel Corporation Chandler, Arizona Mr. Hodges served as a Field Engineer/Construction Manager for a Computer Chip Manufacturing Plant Expansion. He was responsible for safety and demolition of a 30,000 square foot office complex and the installation of a new product line, including all mechanical, civil, HVAC, architectural and equipment erection.

01/92 - 01/93 Construction Safety Manager Vetrotex Certainteed Wichita Falls, TX Mr. Hodges served as Construction Safety Manager for a Fiberglass Plant Expansion Project. He was responsible for on-site safety program and project security.

01/91 - 12/91 Field Engineer/Construction Manager BASF Morganton, NC Mr. Hodges served as Field Engineer/Construction Manager for an E-Coat Paste Expansion Project. He was responsible for equipment erection, piping, HVAC, and electrical installation and testing, and tie ins to existing building services.

01/90 - 12/90 Client Representative PPG Industries International, Inc. Chia-yi, Taiwan, R.O.C. Mr. Hodges served as Construction Liaison for a new Fiberglass Production Facility. He was responsible for construction liaison between CRSS and PPG Fiberglass Corporation, involving piping, HVAC, civil, and electrical at a new fiberglass facility.

08/89 - 12/89 Construction Liaison Hydra-Co Enterprises Stratton, ME Mr. Hodges was responsible for answering and completing construction deficiency reports generated by Clients, plant operators, and field inspectors at an intercompany Bio-Mass 80 MW Power Plant. He was responsible for separating non-contract items and insuring all contract obligations were met in a timely manner, with start up obligations of the chip yard and conveyor systems.

07/89 Construction Manager Tennessee River Pulp and Paper Counce, TN Mr. Hodges served as Construction Management for No.1 Paper Machine Rebuild. He was responsible for correct installation of the winder modifications, rewinder rebuild, and addition of a second bell-bond, including new piping installation and existing piping modifications.

03/88 - 06/89 Construction Manager Lever Brothers Co., East Coast Powders Plant Cartersville, GA Mr. Hodges was responsible for Construction Management for process piping and HVAC contracts. His responsibilities included, but were not limited to, coordination of installation sequence, resolution of construction problems, contract problems, extra work orders, unit pricing, monthly billing, tracking production, etc. to insure that completion dates for construction and startup were met.

07/87 - 08/87 Craft Supervisor Pullman Power Products, Williamsport, PA New York Power Authority, Buchanan, NY Mr. Hodges served as Craft Supervisor at the Indian Point #3 Nuclear Power Plant. His project involved removal of a single blow down line and replacement of four large bore stainless lines, including hangers, restraints, anchors, instrumentation, and replacement of blow down tank including structural steel revisions. He was also responsible for installing new cooling water exchangers with complete piping, both large and small bore. He supervised 57 pipe fitters and welders.

01/85 - 04/87 Craft Supervisor Northern States Power Becker, MN Mr. Hodges served as a Craft Supervisor at an 800 MW Coal Fired Power Plant. Responsible for large bore pipe and hanger erection, all hydrostatic testing, flushing and turnover of systems and sub-systems to support startup. Also responsible for installation of HP and LP steam piping, feed water, and condenser piping. Worked with the Client to insure smooth startup of system. In charge of all outage work on the existing units, 1 and 2, other than yearly maintenance. Supervised 140 pipe fitters and welders.

1983 - 1985 Construction Engineer/Craft Supervisor Cleveland Electric Perry, OH Mr. Hodges served as the Construction Engineer for the Perry Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, (1200 MW EA-BWR). He was responsible for approximately 40 field engineers between three shifts. His primary responsibility was to resolve field pipe and hanger installation problems as they arose. He worked closely with the designer, the Client, and PPPC's field forces to assure that problems were resolved as quickly as possible. He was also responsible for the scheduling of pipe and hanger installation to meet testing and turnover sequences to the Client. He worked with the QA/QC requirements to assure pipe and hangers were designed, fabricated, and installed to the proper regulatory order and standards. He supervised 45 pipe fitters and welders.

1980 - 1983 Senior Field Engineer Cleveland Electric Perry, OH Mr. Hodges was responsible for the field erection of large bore pipe and all large bore pipe supports and restraints for the Unit 1 reactor building. He directed approximately 20 craft personnel in this work. He worked closely with the Client and PPPC's QA/QC Department to assure proper installation.

1977 - 1980 Engineer/Craft Supervisor American Electric Power New Haven, WV Mr. Hodges served as Engineer/Craft Supervisor at a 1300 MW Cross Compound Coal Fired Single Unit Power Plant. He was responsible for pipe erection and equipment setting in designated area and field erection of hangers. He was also responsible for field design of large and small bore supports for cold systems and all constants. He installed complete United Conveyor fly ash system removal, including 4 silos, vacuum pump house with all services, and 4 silo unloading systems. He resolved support conflicts with Client for pre-engineered and field design problems. He assured all field designed and fabricated support and field routed pipe met the specification of the Client.

1977 Engineer Tompkins-Beckwith, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida Louisiana Power and Light, Taft, LA Mr. Hodges served as an Engineer at the Waterford #3 Nuclear Power Plant. He was responsible for large bore pipe erection in reactor building and all pipe supports and restraints installed and revised. He resolved field conflicts on support and restraint problems. This was a Westinghouse Pressurized Water Type Reactor.

1977 Supervisor/Engineer Stone and Webster Construction, New York, NY Bandar, Shahpur, Iran Responsible for all pipe support erection at Kellogg-designed ammonia plant in Bandar, Shahpur, Iran. Including all large and small bore pipe installations in my designated areas. This included all Refractory work and Boiler plant. Supervised 47 employees.

1972 - 1977 Supervisor Pullman Power Products, Williamsport, PA Georgia Power Company, Baxley, GA Mr. Hodges served as a supervisor at the E.I. Hatch Boiling Water Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. He was responsible for all pipe support installations and revisions, large and small bore pipe in designated areas all whip restraints and torus piping. He supervised 68 employees. Both units were boiling water type (G.E.) reactors.

1968 - 1970 Various Positions Kirk-Mayer, INC, Los Angeles, CA Aircraft Construction Industry, Marietta, Georgia Mr. Hodges was responsible for drafting, rerouting hydraulic lines and aircraft to conform to structural analysis, and revising rivet patterns to prevent skin cracks. He held supervisory positions involving wing and body design of aircraft at high stress points to prevent cracks.
