* To motivate the subordinates towards their duties and responsibilities so as to increase the overall efficiency of the plant.
* Radiological dose management for the Operators and supervisors so that radiation dose of each person should be as per international standards.

2. COMMISSIONING OF SYSTEMS

{Experience in above area, since Aug-05, in Tarapur Atomic Power Project (now Station)-3&4 and RAPP-5&6)
SYSTEM COMMISSIONED:
* VENTILLATION SYSTEM AND TURBINE-AUXILIARY SYSTEM IN TARAPUR ATOMIC POWER PROJECT-3&4
* WATER SYSTEM (IN PROGRESS) IN RAPP-5&6
