7 Years of Instrumentation experience working in Oil, Gas, Fertilizer, Refineries and various other processes Industries in India and Abroad. Extensive experience gained in all aspects of Instrument installation, Maintenance, Calibration, Loop checking and commissioning of field instruments. Detail engineering, Procurement, site visit, Operation, repair, maintenance, dismantling, overhauling of Pneumatic, Electronic and analytical instruments, Control Valves, Control panel Instruments, commissioning of Crude oil Heaters, Gas compressors, NH 3 compressors, Air compressors, Syngas compressors, CO 2 compressors and turbines. Job Profile: Testing and calibration of various type of Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature transmitters such as Ultrasonic, Capillary type level instruments and Vortex, Mass flow, Ultra sonic, Turbine and Wedge type flow Instruments.
Main Duties: Commissioning, Maintenance, Calibration, Loop checking and Troubleshooting of all type of Electronics, smart and pneumatic Instruments. Such as Rosemount-1151, 2088, 3051, 3051c, 644, 3144 etc, Yokogawa, Foxboro I/A series Smart, Honeywell-ST-3000 & ABB-Kent Taylor.
AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE
 Familiar with Relay Logic Circuit Diagrams, Isometrics, Various Schedules. Interconnection, Loop Drawings, Terms and Terminology, Various Types of Commissioning, Calibration, Assessment Documents
 Calibration and commissioning of Control Valves, Transmitters, Safety Relief Valves, Pressure Switches, Levels Switches, Temperature Gauges, Pressure gauge.
 Inspection of Impulses Piping and Impulse Tubing and Hydro Testing.
