Well comprehensive expertise in all aspects of building, installation, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance of Distillation plant, LNG/CNG plants, Nitro phosphates plants and 122-mile 24 to 36-inch pipeline network with a cost of $500 million. This included the LNG chain from gas production, compression and transmission of natural gas, coke oven gas, oxygen/nitrogen gas, sea water pipelines and conditioning, liquefaction, storage and loading facilities.
As a key projects and operations administrator, developed, conducted and actively participated in the corporate safety and environmental audit teams of various organizations, such as Pakistan Steel Mills, Pak Arab Fertilizer and Refinery focusing on mechanical integrity and process safety management areas. Also developed and implemented regulatory process safety management programs and was directly responsible for all aspects of all gaseous operations including CNG/LNG process safety and work-over activities, as well as regulated gas pipelines transmission systems. As operations responsibility provided strategic planning support and financial analysis to executive and senior level management through multiple headquarters assignments and effective reporting system.
The integration of IT activities and interrelated strategic initiatives of organizations with logical analysis, design, and active involvement in customized development and deployment of the plant applications in multiple industries, managed the implementation of several large systems integration projects that included applications covering the full spectrum of business processes, such as operations planning, scheduling operations execution, client nominations, shipping, material balance, planning optimization and materials balance and reconciliation functions, environmental health and safety, maintenance, equipment monitoring and performance management.
