Completed $650,000 in extra works involving 3 separate Companies and 150 onsite workers within 6 weeks before visit by US Chairman. Project completed $120,000 under budget.

Site Engineering Manager - $5,500,000 project at Ford Motor Co
Successfully completed highly complex project, with leading-edge technology. Executed installation of elevated Vehicle storage conveyors, elevators, and rotary turntables in 3 stages following dismissal of Head Contractor for poor performance. Negotiated permanent embargo from competitors, and environmental lobby groups for proprietary Ferro process chemistry data and confidential details.
- Co-opted as Construction Planner for a $2,500,000 Refinery Insulation Project at the BROWN COAL LIQUEFACTION JOINT VENTURE – Latrobe Valley when project was at 25% completion instead of ~80% and Japanese client was moving towards contracts' cancellation due to significant slippage. In close unison with the Project Director and his team, successfully developed scheduling and resource improvements to address immediate completion difficulties and avoid formal determination of all construction contracts by the client, resulting in all work being completed by tripling manning numbers to address schedule delays, and introducing improved work-site planning and equipment management strategies.
- Established PIPING CONSTRUCTORS AUSTRALIA to service the local petroleum and petrochemical sectors with a turnover of $1,500,000 with approximately 30 skilled trade and supervisory employees and an average project value $50 - $75,000. Customers included Mobil Oil (Australia), Imperial Chemical Industries (Australia & New Zealand), and Colonial Sugar Refinery (CSR). Services offered comprised of pressure pipe & vessel fabrication, maintenance, construction & installation, repair of rotating equipment and labour hire.
