Program Controller
Program controlling on MDI Train, the largest investment program of polyurethanes production facilities in the world which consists of 12 projects with a total investment of 750 million Euro. Main responsibilities include:
¡ñ Responsible for the total MDI train program budget controlling include AR (projects) and Non-AR (pre-operating) part;
¡ñ Responsible for payment check against the P/Os and contracts for program director's signature; check points double check the payment details: technical data, vendor, value, payment procedure, etc;
¡ñ Sum up the total YTD earned value and actual expenditure in terms of all project/plants; or in terms of all AR/Non-AR or in terms of all disciplines on the request of program management or steering committee;
¡ñ Review and update program and pre-operating budget and cash flow on monthly basis;
¡ñ Support the dealings of data sourcing and contract tracking for all AR and Non AR related project activities;
¡ñ Lead controlling services for the whole program, coordinate and work with the program / project controllers at the contractor's side on all sorts of controlling issues;
