Working as a Deputy Manager Procurement & Contracts, heading the total procurement & contracts in Dubai. At present there are 3 nos projects - G.Tower (High rise residential & Commercial projects),Fortunato Tower (Villas & landscaping ), UBora (High-rise Residential projects) and many projects are in pipe line. Also importing capital items from China, South Korea & India. Working in a ERP environment and are in preparation of MIS, Budgeting, BOM, Planning, cost control, party payable, KPI, coordination with ICD,, process of LPO, Comparative, negotiating with vendor, etc. Vendor and sub contractor development and directly responsible for finalization of contracts. Also looking after the inventory managements and logistics for all the projects.

Working as Deputy Procurement Manager and looking after the total procurement & contract of Eastern Region. Responsibility of looking after the material procurement, logistics,fabrications,inventory management, etc. Working in a time bound projects, so I ensure that the materials are available to the projects at right time with good quality and reasonable price. I am directly responsible for the sub contractor finalization, negotiation with them and checking the credential and strength. My main function is also in development of Vendor/sub contractor and also a Core team member of Internal Audit (procurement) all India basis. And also looking after the contract i.e finalization of contractor alongwith the BOQ / drawing for the eastern region.
Associated with the SAP Core Team in Financial & Materials Module driving its implementation in Procurement Module through out the group.

2005: Promoted as Deputy Commercial Manager of HRBC Project in Kolkata for Tram Track Project (Cost of Project <Rs.150 crores) with responsibility of handling functions as procurement of materials & Contracts (finalization of contractor),Commercial operation, Accounts & banking, Store Management, etc. Driving Matrix ERP & System Implementation efforts. And also looking after the ISO Implementation of the groups.

2003: Deputed at the Mizoram Road Project (180 Crores Project ¡V JV with RBM) as Asst. Commercial Manager with accountability of managing procurement of materials, commercial operations, legal matters, accounts, store etc.

2002: Transferred to ERP Department for driving the implementation/ development of Matrix ERP (In house development) and also working as a Asst. Purchase Manager in Head office.

Gained further honor by getting a chance to works as a Senior Officer - Purchase (looking after the total procurement for the eastern region ) in HO.

Functioned as Purchase Officer at Institute of Laproscopic Surgery (Now GPT Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata)
