1. Work with the Investment Director/Managers to support the estimating, budgeting, systems evaluation and constructability of projects.
2. Direct the preconstruction design feasibility and cost estimating processes.
3. Overall responsibility and accountability for administering all consultant design and construction contracts.
4. Work with investment team and support their efforts with governmental bodies and other interested parties to obtain necessary project permits and entitlements.
5. Oversee and be accountable for overall project schedule including delivery schedule of entitlements, design and permits, and construction activities.
6. Monitor and ensure timely completion of projects in compliance with the established budgets, schedules, and codes.

9. Rationalization of Felton Power Plant Cooling Channel. Prague, 1988. Improved the design concept, the technical solutions and constructability for a 4x250 MW Power Plant. A 3000 meters cooling channel was designed under supposition that auxiliary sheet piles would be extracted on contructive sections. In fact, the auxiliary sheet piles wall was included by the consultant into the structural design with sound saving of resources and time to market. 30 000 M3 of concrete were saved.
