Professional Experience:

A. Presently working in well-reputated Medical Company based in Riyadh ¡V Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1999.

1999 till 2004: I have supervised Commercial Dept. and organized Procurement, Import/Export and Logistics systems. Currently supervising a Spare Part Dept.

Since 1999 till today I have executed the following responsibilities:

1. Procurement of Spare Parts for Multi Vendor X-Ray Systems, Ultrasounds, MRI, CT Scanners, Linear Accelerators and Laboratory equipment from local and international markets.

2. Procurement of Used and Refurbished X-Ray Systems, Ultrasounds, CT Scanners MRI and others equipment from international market.

3. Offering spare parts and equipment (new, used & refurbished) Quotations to the customers.

4. Also offering quotations in case equipment comes under repair & return services especially for the calibration of QC/QA test tools, Medical Physics Test Instruments like (Electrometer, Dosimeters, Chambers) X-Ray and CT Tube heads, Ultrasound Probes and others.

5. Negotiating with customers and satisfying them regarding price quotations & technical details.

6. Regular follow-ups with customers for the status of offered quotations & outstanding payments.

7. Replying to vendors and customer's queries.

8. Issuing & managing all spare parts & equipments purchase orders to the local & international venders.

9. Preparing documents in case shipments come under repair & return services especially.

10. Responsible to issue directions for the settlement of the payments regarding issued purchase orders through Bank Wire Transfers, Visa Cards, Letter of Credits and others.

11. Handling all overseas sales orders including preparation of the shipments and necessary shipping documents like commercial invoices, certificate of origins, packing list in order to export safely.

12. Handling and deciding the shipping services like door-to-door, door-to-airport or door-to-seaport, depends on the dimension of the shipment and delivery time, in order to move inside or outside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through well known freight forwarding companies like DHL, UPS, Fed-Ex, TNT, DEUGRO, Bax Global, Direct Container Line & etc.

13. Dealing and communicating with the shipping companies in order to get better, fast and economical services.

„« Reporting to the management:

* Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on current situations of company's incoming and outgoing purchase and sales orders, shipping and deliveries.
* Preparing analysis report of applied cost vs. actual cost on each Job.
* Preparing monthly report on all jobs inquiries from customers.
