Assigned in water treatment plant area that consists of CO2 gas plant, Deminiralizer skid, Water filter plant for drinking purposes and Chemical dosing skids for Boiler and Desalination plant.
My main duty is to calibrate, loop check and commission all the process instruments and analyzers to prove the instruments accuracy and loop integrity. After all the system is ready for operational I am also involved in start up of those plants with the operation personnel and during on start up, I am responsible for rectifying loop control faults and assist for fine tuning on the controls of the plant. Controls of those plants are interfaced with ALLEN BRADLEY (PLC) and ABB PRO CONTROL P (DCS)
Assigned also in five units of Boiler plant with a capacity of 118 MW per unit. I am involved in loop checking of process instruments also rectifying loop control faults that interfaced in ABB DCS.
After all the plants is in operational I am involved in warranty period of those plants that doing some maintenance job before it is finally turn over to the client.
