Duties included commissioning of utilities for potable/irrigation/fire/foul water, district cooling and electrical supply networks together with construction of associated plant buildings and electrical substations and treatment plants and deep drainage at 15 m plus building control, logistics and supply chain management issues, security and voids closure works, contract remediation, package evaluation, dispute resolution and contractor liaison.
