Site Crane Tech /Crane crew team leader, unique position – Working Gen Foreman. hired mid project to Trouble shoot and problem solve for many crane related issues. I preformed crane inspections for safety compliance and bare rental in/out reports, and provided technical assistance to procurement /contracts department issues. I repaired nonfunctioning/downed crane units to serviceability day and night. I assembled crane crews and provided technical information and training to repair, maintenance, parts, and other supervision and staff personal, for which I received so much more in return.
