ƒæ Prepares a weekly and monthly works programme to the Catchment Manager in consultation with other workshop staff and co-ordinates the weekly maintenance plan for all workshop operations.
ƒæ Compiles monthly reports for all workshop activities.
ƒæ Ensures that company policies and procedures are understood and that they are being effectively implemented.
ƒæ Attends monthly Catchment progress meetings.
ƒæ Moderates together with others in procurement of materials for the catchment through procurement committee.
ƒæ Monitors and evaluates the welfare of all workshop staff and maintain discipline at work.
ƒæ Monitors and evaluates monthly vehicle mileage, service and repair reports for Runde catchment and eensures that all vehicles and equipment are serviced and repaired on time.
ƒæ Co-ordinates the distribution of vehicles in the catchment.
ƒæ Monitors movement of all workshop staff and workshop vehicles.
ƒæ Excellent supervision, control and co-ordination of Electricians, Fitters, Builder, Boilermaker, and their assistants creating a good and conducive working environment for good workmanship.
ƒæ Good planning and organisation for maintenance and repair of electrical plant and equipment at water supply stations and irrigation schemes.
