The role of Technician at Titan Plant Services involved the start up of a specialised workshop for the company as well as taking on the more complex repairs and diagnostic fault finding on Volvo Trucks and buses. During this time I filled a product support role for the company which required me to chaperone a group of clients to Brisbane for the launch of new bus electronic technology.

In my position I used my overseas experience to assist the workshop foreman in running the workshop effectively and also implementing standards and procedures to ensure a 'second to none' style operation. I worked in a methodical and particular manor and always took responsibility for my work, ensuring the customer's asset was up and running as quickly as possible.
