Formed CET Engineering Services Ltd, April 2008. Contracted to Sabic UK Petrochemicals, LDPE Plant to provide Engineering Commissioning /Inspection support for the Polyethylene Project.

* Preparation of pre commissioning /commissioning procedures, operating manuals, Write commissioning procedures for systems with high content of rotating machinery and static equipment.
* P&ID mark ups, define system limits, and reviewing vendor P&IDs and manuals.
* To ensure that all commissioning procedures are adhered to, as per site instruction and legal requirements.
* Site work includes Punch listing, test runs, verifying vendor equipment, verifying MC Documentation, upgrade procedures and manuals.
* Technical and safety audits. Hazop and Hazid studies.
* Witness piping testing, understanding constraints and philosophy.

* Compiling work packs and supervision of Vendors and Mechanical Technicians.

* Managing the total refurbishment of the chlorinator with responsibility for planning, preparation and safe execution of the project, including the provision of all labour, plant, materials and subcontract and engineering support.

* Monitor/authorise external subcontractor costs including any variations.
