Technical Experience and Knowledge
- 6 years of experience in application and exercise of NDT inspection methods (RT,MPI,PT, Basic UT) Radiography Interpreter, NDT Supervisor & Coordinator in petrol chemical plant, refineries, power plant, industries steel fabrication, palm oil mill maintenance, engineering industries and etc.
- More than 8 years of experience in QC, Lead QC, Welding Inspector, Client Inspector and 3rd party Certifying Authority in structural, pipeline, platform, Hook-up, Pre-commissioning and etc. of oil and gas construction for on and offshore project.
- Knowledge in engineering profile, technical and Isometric drawing.
- Knowledge in AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASME, BS EN 287, 288, 4515, ISO 13847, DNV OS-F101 and etc specification.
- Perform precision measurement equipment such as Hardness Test, Elco meter, vernier caliper, Welding gauge, Infra Red Thermometer, Tong tester/Clip on Meter, Holiday Jeep Meter and etc.
Welding Process and NDT(AUT) Knowledge
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Metal Inert Gas, Submerge Arc Welding, Flux Core Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding.
- Air arc carbon gouging, manual and automatic Oxy-acetylene cutting
