Hands on position responsible for day to day management of all fabrication operations including QA/QC inspections, training, manpower, personnel, process improvement, equipment and record.
Responsible for researching and managing the most effective construction methods for all types of vessels.
Organize and maintain the various disciplines that make up the fabrication crew (i.e. frame bulkhead assembly, prefab, hill and superstructures).
Coordinate fabrication construction with Trade leads, Project Managers and Productions Managers. Assign work goals and assess completed work.
Perform daily inspection of all vessels for boat building techniques, parts alignment, appearance, fairness and ensure QA standards are met. Maintain and update fabrication procedures and standards by keeping current with emerging technology. Establish and provide necessary training to new and existing fabricators.
Review drawings with engineering and design for general build ability and make decisions regarding construction techniques and acceptance criteria.
Manage or assist in the management of 65 personnel processes and procedures to include hiring, counseling and reviews.
04/2007- 01/ 2008 ManTech in Iraq at Ramdai
Welding on Husky, Buffalo and RG, repairs on the hull certified to weld 11018 SMAW. Also repair of any other parts that need to manufacture or Fabricated. For the route clearance program the only welder on site.
12/06 – 4/07 KBR as a welding Foreman at USMI central Iraq
From change out of motor to electric. Up-armored repair and install of up-armored. Logistical support for the all welding. Cost – plus contact
08/05 -10/06- LSI Welding foreman in Iraq at B-1 Alasad and B-6 TQ
Installation and repair of protective armor on heavy wheeled vehicles. Hummv`s 5 ton and LVS and LVA Have completed over 750 jobs. Weld on all type of military vehicles in SMAW, GMAW and GTAW. Completed a one year contract.

Metal shop, Power Shop and welding supervisor on USS RANGER. Fabricated and installed equipment foundations, sway braces; fabricated and installed ventilation ducts; installed 1200 lb. Steam piping system, chill water piping systems, CHT lines, AC&R plant piping and valves, Catapult steam line repairs; cut bulk cut access and reinserted, removed and replaced water tight doors and hatches. Lead Welder/Ship fitter in the planning and execution of storm damage requiring structural repairs to sponsors and weather decks. Welded a six-inch combing around #3 Main Machinery Room, preserving watertight integrity. Fabricated and installed Aircraft deck lights. Supervised and installed Ramp Pivot Assembly for Weapons Elevators. Implemented emergent welding repairs to ships communications antenna structures. Served on the USS DIXON (AS 39), January 1994 - January 1996, as Welding Supervisor for repairs and installation on USS DIXON and Submarines; including installation and repair to piping systems; installation of equipment foundation; performed replacement of a top side hatch; performed structural repairs to submarine reactor facility; replaced submarine life lines requiring pre-heat treatments.
