EXPERIENCE
Qaulity Inspection Services/Kern River Expansion 2003 Project 6-02 to Present
Lead Safety Coordinator:Duties included managing the project safety team while coordinating with the contractor safety personnel, overseeing safety coordinator manpower and assignment changes, evaluated the effectiveness of contractor safety programs, site audits, conduit for all accidents and injury reporting, assist the safety coordinators in the accident investigation of all serious accidents and injuries, representing the safety team in all project management conference calls, responding to information request from the project owners and managers, leading the weekly safety conference call with all project safety coordinators and contractor safety representatives.
Cleveland Inspection/Gulfstream Natural Gas: 07/01 to 06/02
Safety/ Environmental Inspector: Duties included the management of contractor in regards to safety and health issues. Accident investigation, implementation of contractor policy and procedures.
Alliance Pipeline: 11/00 to 07/01
Safety Advisor US Field Operations: Duties included site inspections, incident investigations. Assisted in writing safety, DOT, and OQ policy and procedures. Smith Systems driver training, drug screening, and all other training associated with my qualifications.

Universal Ensco/Alliance Pipeline- Houston, TX 10/99 to 10/00
Pipeline Safety Advisor: Duties included the management of contractor in regards to safety and health issues and policies as mandated by OSHA and Alliance pipeline. My responsibilities covered four compressor stations from North Dakota to Minnesota.

Pipeline Safety Representative: Duties include implementation of safety procedures, safety enforcement, job site inspections trench inspections, conducting safety meetings, DOT and NON DOT drug screening, incident investigation, and first aid and case management.
