Duties also included closing out Plant Modification packages, signing off on Fact Items, Temporary Conditions, Trouble Ticket records and other related documents for Mechanical Completion and Start-up of the facilities.
Field Engineering on plant modifications for testing Alternate Biocides for the Circulating Water and Auxiliary Fuel Pool cooling systems, supervised an 18-man team responsible for generating and tracking the money and man-hours budgets and project material procurement.
Established/maintained technical library, acquired technical publication vendor data, catalogs and manuals required for design, engineering and procurement.
