BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposal for various LSTK Projects like, Refineries, Petro-Chemical Companies, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Oil Bulk Plants, Gas Plants, Substations, Cable Laying, Plant Utilities and Various Industrial Projects.
* Estimation of electrical, instrumentation and civil works related to electrical and instrumentation works for Saudi electricity company (SEC), Saudi Arabian oil company (Saudi Aramco), Arabian oil company (AOC), refineries, steel projects and petrochemicals under Saudi basic industries corporation (SABIC), Kuwait oil company (KOC), Saline Water Conversion Company (SWCC) and other private firms etc.
* Preparation of technical proposal like, detailed construction schedule, man power histogram, organization chart for different categories(company & QA/QC & safety & construction etc.), q/a qc program and safety & loss prevention program, detailed description of scope, proposed man power, proposed construction equipments and test equipments, proposed sub contractors etc, as per the principle's requirements.
* Study the tender documents, preparation of material take off/ bill of quantities from bid drawings and get the right source from suppliers in international and national level.
* Preparation of pre-qualification for qualify to participate the bid for deferent projects under sec, Saudi Aramco, Arabian oil company, Kuwait oil company, Sabic services and various multi national companies.
* Attend the job explanation meetings and site visit for bid preparation.
* Preparation of Commercial Proposal for manpower/Support Services projects as per the clients requirements and negotiated with various clients to catch projects.
* Follow up the bid submittals and attend any clarifications from principles/clients for commercial and technical proposals.
* Familiar with international codes and standards. familiar with various hazardous area classifications and protection classes for electrical and instrumentation.
* Prepare the cash flow/ Budget and hand over to Project Team and Accounts Department for cost control and Credit Facilities from Bank.
* Work involved in project planning monitoring, time bond completion of projects, liaison with clients and consultants and sub-contractors etc,.
* Work involved in over all supervision, procurement, monitoring and execution of installation, commission and project hand over to client for various projects like power plants, steel plants, multistory buildings, refineries and textiles plant etc,.
* Performing in installation and Pre - Commissioning works of power transformer up to 50 MVA, 11kv isolation phase duct, HV/LV Switchgear Boards, MCC Panels, Relay Panels, PLC Panels, MIMIC Panels and Control Desks etc,
* Work involved in supervision of installation and Pre Commission for cable laying works up to 1c#1200mm2 XLPE/PVC/SCUT, 230kv and fiber optic cables through under ground direct buried.
* Capable of electrical installation and pre - commissioning of crushers, weigh feeders, belt weighers, belt conveyors, shuttle conveyors, stacker and reclaimers, wagon tipplers and blender reclaimers at raw material handling center (RMHC) in steel plants.
* Capable to prepare the bill of quantities from construction drawings.
* Install and testing commissioning of electrification and earthing system for various industrial projects.
* Over all supervising of maintenance group for tunnel boring machine, batching plant and crushing plant (Leg rand - France), air compressors (Atlas Copco-Sweden), tower belt crane and over head cranes etc.
* Over all in charge of camp facilities like electrical and mechanical activities.
* Installation and testing commissioning of electrification and earthing system for dam site, batching plant, crushing plant, intake tunnel (11km) and ware houses etc.
