Drilling, Production, Projects, Work-Over. Strongly involved in Daily Safety, Maintenance, Planning, PTW system, Work Programs, Lifting Plans, (re)Engineering (onsite) E/I/O/M, and participated in Adverse Weather Policies(Dutch/UK legislations), also represent Lasmo in "Tripod" (Safety Benchmarking North Sea) NOGEPA wise, and also involved in creating the Ops Manual/Safety Case and in the Certifying Process Qualifying for ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 environmental Plan and the Operating Permit for the Norwegian Government. (This was all done within two years time)
