Manage the Operation of the Class VII warehouse, responsible for scheduling work assignments, managed operations of the customer service area serving AMC and military costumers under the Army Ward Reserve Deployment System (AWARDS) program. Provides instructions to material handler trucks and forklift operators, responsible for proper stocking of warehouse items, coordinates issues of serviceable parts with the higher source of supply. Inspects, tag, label and prepares documentation for issue. Responsible for the downloading and uploading of all inbound and outbound shipments. Conduct regular inventories and location surveys of all rolling stock and repair parts. Conducts quarterly quality control inspections, assists in determining the reasons for averages, shortages and misplaced items Responsible for the training and supervision of 39 US Nationals and 84 Foreign Nationals.
