* To make arrangement for Kick off meeting for critical equipment and based on vendor past performance.

* To expedite vendor for submission of deliverables agreed during Kick of meeting.

* To expedite vendor for the submission of engineering deliverables.

* Expedite engineering for on time review and return of vendor engineering documents.

* Close Co-ordination work with relevant Engineering discipline, procurement Quality Control & vendor for early settlement of Technical / commercial issues raised during contract execution in order to avoid schedule impact.

* Evaluate vendor production plan and monthly progress reports in order to determine current progress of critical mile stones in view of contractual delivery date and construction required date.
