OBJECTIVE STATEMENT:
Seeking a position that will allow me to use my skills and experience in land acquisition, joint venture and outright land purchase negotiations, contract negotiations, top level negotiations (e.g. with high ranking officials specifically at the concerned local government units) account management, permitting and licensing and operations management.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Have obtained a total of 144 hectares primarily thru Joint Venture Agreements for Robinsons Land Corporation – Housing & Land Development Division. Parcels of land are located in Davao City, Cebu, Pampanga, Cagayan de Oro, Ilocos Norte and Tagaytay City - all are within key regions in the Philippines.
Currently, around 100 hectares are being negotiated for either sale or joint venture with landowners by which properties are located in the Visayas Region. Around 25 hectares is already for closing until March 2008.
Concurrent with being the Manager for Land Acquisition, I was also designated as Head for the Visayas Region where primary duties include:
-organization of the branch office: from office location, physical set-up to staffing
-land acquisition
-securing of all permits and licenses for the office and for project sites
-recruitment and organization of the marketing team
-project launching
-advertising and promotions of projects

14.Does ad hoc assignments from time to time (currently handling the permits and licenses of our sister company's proposed mixed-use development in Mactan, Cebu, Philippines)
15.Had just completed work assignment in Cebu (Philippines). Next would be the creation of a branch office in Iloilo City (Philippines) which will include

8. Conducted initial negotiations with brokers to confirm final selling price and for the latter to complete the required documents
9. Prepared Land Purchase Proposals to the management which included market studies on other subdivision projects in the area
