You have to be a "certain" type of person to be in the Operations Industry.. .the "Hub Workers/Liaisons". It takes a special type of person to be able to answer the phones and nextels, be on 3 computer programs at the same time, have patience, be loyal, be able to laugh off stress, be approachable and not afraid to ask questions if you don't know the answers, be a Team Player, have each other and the field employee's backs, loyal, not know what exact hours are, be able to work with a diverse but "same type" of group of people, under stress, and no matter what, get the job done. Also, for your Supervisor to leave and KNOW, with no doubt, that things will be taken care of. Then, after all of those qualities?, Love your job!
Following is a Resume highlighting my professional experience pertaining to the position that I am interested in. I have gained over 20 years between Dispatching, Customer Service/Relations, opening/owning business' and more.
My goal is to retire from a stable Company in the South Eastern Coastal area of SC/NC.
I do know that I would be an asset due to my inheritance of Integrity and a Hard, Strong Work Ethic. I will not stop until the job is done, volunteer whenever needed, and love what I do.
