Position: QHSE Coordinator for BP CASPIAN ENGINEERING & MODIFICATIONS Project (operated by BP)
Duties & responsibilities:
- Lead the integrated HSE improvement efforts at site working closely with the site construction team, the operations team, Engineering & Maintenance and key contractors;
- Coordinate HSE campaigns at site;
- Give input to the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans for the execution phase of the projects;
- Monitor contractors HSE performance and support on HSE contractor management;
- Provide input to Incident Review Panel (IRP) meetings as required;
- Monitor HSE performance data and trends and propose improvements;
- Facilitate and conduct HSE meetings with HSE Advisors and Contractors;
- Assist employees and contractors to understand and work within the regulations and policies to ensure the operations maintain established controls, processes and accountability to manage HSE and quality standards;
- Co-ordinate and attend HAZOP/HAZID Studies;
- Identify & set work scopes for manage and review technical safety work carried out by specialist consultants; - Support and lead incident investigations;
- Monitor & ensure follow-up and close-out of project HSE actions;
- Conduct HSE audit, reviews, verifications and inspections;
- Facilitate / conduct risk assessment and hazard identification for the works to be implemented;
- Conduct internal audit of QHSE management System;
- Provide site personnel with HSE documentation, blank forms, PTW, TRA, procedures, etc.;
- Approve all lifting plans associated with project lifts;
- Represent Technical Safety Engineering at Project meetings;
- Provide support on Operations Emergency Preparedness arrangements;

Position: Site Health & Safety Advisor for BTC Oil Export Pipeline & South Caucasus Gas Pipeline Projects.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Confirm site personnel / visitors have undertaken site inductions;
- Monitor Contractor site activities are in compliance with company expectations and contract requirements through site inspections and audits;
- Provide first point of support for BTC/SCP site reps.;
- Provide practical interpretation to Client / Contractor site representatives of standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with HSE requirements;
- Assist BTC/SCP and HSE Site Representatives in implementation of HSE controls that result from investigations, risk assessments, audits, etc.;
- Assist emergency response plans and conduct exercise/drills to determine readiness of Company /
Contractors;
- Participate in incident investigations;
- Develop weekly and monthly H&S reports to include inputs, outputs and actions resolutions;
- Assure continued compliance with Road to Better Driving through random vehicle and driver training inspections/audits;
- Provide guidance/advise regarding risks of existing hydrocarbon pipelines along the BTC/SCP route;
- Audit emergency response capabilities and witness drills/exercises to ensure ER state of readiness is maintained for Client and Contractor personnel on construction sites;
- Support the implementation of PTW system & risk assessment to identify risks and implement controls;
- Carry out joint bi-weekly site inspections and monitor to close out action items;
- Participate in and conduct Toolbox Talks;
- Ensure availability of required documentation on site and assure understanding by effected personnel;
- Coach site personnel on H&S related issues;
- Support and interface with Contractor HSE.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct HSE audits (base and operational locations) based on existing procedures, standards and to report the findings to senior management;
- Ensure the appropriate review and development of HSE procedures and associated systems;
- Ensure that HSE records are controlled in accordance with requirements;
- Conduct and lead in incident investigation, root cause analysis and the associated management of records;
- Conduct regular tours of Worksite and Offices taking appropriate action to control potential hazardous situations / unsafe conditions;

- Organise and present HSEQ induction training for new Expro employees and third party contractors;
- Ensure that all incidents are properly recorded and reported to management and that a timely investigation is carried out to establish and rectify root causes and prevent recurrence;
- Assist Operations Supervisors in the creation and review of Risk assessments;
- Monitor Subcontractors and conduct audits and assessments as required;
- Train Expro personnel in HSEQ procedure requirements;
- Maintain the corrective action management system and establish / suggest measures to prevent recurrence;
- Maintain the Azerbaijan/Georgia/Russia Area intranet based HSEQ information tool for continual improvement;
- Encourage and develop inter-company / inter-base co-operation at all levels;
- To motivate personnel to maintain an effective workforce capable of meeting its objectives, without harm to either personnel or the environment;
- Take immediate and appropriate steps to investigate and rectify any risks to people or the environment arising from the work activity;
- Ensure that employees, contractors and visitors are aware of relevant HSEQ procedures;
- Review the implementation of Quality Management System;
- Review the implementation of Quality Procedures;
- Review the conformity of all Quality System documents;
