* Performed and have thorough knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of ALTA/ACSM record surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys,
Control layout for photogrametric surveys,
Construction surveys to include: Subdivision layout, Apartment Site layout pipelines (sanitary sewer, storm drain, water) Building staking (including multi-story), athletic fields and sports arenas
Utility surveys
* Conversant with all modern survey equipment to include: Total Station, GPS, survey level (Dumpy, automatic or self leveling and digital) and Theodolite, and transit.
* Solid project and personnel management experience, including technical evaluation of staff, conflict resolution skills, emotional composure and initiative.
