Responsibilities:
* Works as Indonesia Field Coordinator/ Country Manager
* Manage 7 people/ researchers to work independently in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Bali and Medan.
* Liese with Hypermarket/ chain Market such as Carrefour, Giant, Electronic Solution, Electronic City, etc. Hence replicate to other big cities.
* Planing to expand reseach to other big cities.
* Recruite, manage, train and maintain 7 people to work as reseachers.
* Report all data that researchers derived from hypermarket or chain market.

The positions reports to the Regional Sales Manager at Singapore and dotted line to Sales Director APAC. The mandate is to set up the Indonesia operations for Belkin and the role envisaged the following:
* Build an entry strategy and business model for roll out of Belkin in Indonesia
* Study and compile reports on industry trends and consumer preferences for Singapore/Hong Kong team
* Liaison with product manager, marcom & operations/logistics groups at APAC to build a launch calendar with time horizon of 1 to 3 yrs
* Report competitive landscape of prevalent business models, pricing, products mix, distribution and marketing
* Identify national distribution partners, secure tie-ups with retail chains & ensure pan Indonesia reach product placement
* Generate inventory movement, forecast and demand planning reports for operations department
* Collate, analyze sell through reports of distributors, retailers and build stock movement model
* Manage the Profit & Loss for the Indonesian operations

Responsibilities
* Appointed Indonesia's 2nd largest distributor for ITC and CE to partner with Belkin and also appointing Direct-Partner from Apple Authorized Resellers (AAR).
* Build Indonesia specific product pricing architecture i.e. from port of import to end user pricing across all channel tiers
* Work closely with product managers to customize products to Indonesia standards and conditions
* Launched 232 skus across 9 product categories for home, SOHO, CE, Gaming and enterprise segments
* Forged strategic alliances with IT/Consumer Electronic retailers viz Electronics Solution, Muzio, Best Denki, Agis, Office 2000, Gramedia.
* Set up 2nd tier distribution partner & Direct Partners in 3 major cities
* Engineered and set up 'After Sales' network to provide customer service/technical support for Indonesia users
* Manage PR coverage across TV/Print/Electronic/ Radio media through outsourced agency
* Assisted corporate strategic team to collate country specific information & build presentations for top management
* Interacted with peer group by traveling regularly to China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, to learn country specific models
