My present job responsibilities are: -
a. Sourcing CV's from various resume sites like naukri.com, monster.com, bayt.com, gulftalent.com etc.
b. Short listing of CV's received by various sourcing mediums. Checking the availability of the candidates, by providing them information about client, job description and salary packages (if available).
c. Submission of CV's to the client, following up with them on regular basis for feedback on the cv's submitted to them and checking for updating requirement on fortnightly basis.
d. Day to Day correspondence with the client, candidates and branch offices based in UAE, UK.
e. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to be sent to the client as well as the head of the department.
f. Experience in working with KPI's.
g. Follow-up with the client for offer letter, candidate acceptance and selected candidate visa processing h. Arranging & coordinating interviews for clients in hotels or in offices.
i. Industries catered: Oil & Gas, Construction, Design, EPC.

Coordination with the concerned departments for hotel bookings, pick up and drop from the hotel or airport for the client.
