Throughout the trainings received so far and work practices performed, I have gained the flexibility to work with people in different disciplines and categories who are focused on various targets.

I have also successfully adopted myself to the nature of the particular teams and I believe that I have gained the ability to utilize my performances efficiently. However, I am also aware of the fact there is a lot to learn.

Ability to adapt to multicultural environments:
I have never faced any problem in working or studying in different environments with the people or colleagues from different cultures. As I have mentioned above, I have had some courses and practices performed in a multinational electronics and IT company in Ankara and worked in a multidiscipline and multinational environment without facing any problem.

Organizational Skills and Competences:
Leadership: As mentioned above, I am good at working with others in team-works. Since I do not have yet any experience in the professional job life, I am not sure if I can use my superiorities to lead a team. However, in my voluntary works, sport activities and cultural experiences, I had the chance to play the leadership role in a team. I believe, I am good at managing people and direct them into proper ways. I'm confident that I have interesting and attractive opinions and innovative ideas to influence people.
