* Performed geological investigations and provided geological expertise for various and earthwork projects in Southern California for Albus-Keefe & Associates, Inc. and Eberhart Consultants, Inc.

* Provided construction inspection and documentation services for a major infrastructure improvement project including drainage/retention structures and 8 miles of underground pipeline in West Fargo, North Dakota for Moore Engineering.

* Acted as lead on-site geologist for a large landslide mitigation and residential development project in Irvine, California for Zeiser Kling Consultants, Inc.

* Provided geological expertise, exploration services, and design recommendations for the Eastern and Foothill Transportation Corridors design-build team in Central and Southern Orange County, California for CH2Mhill and ACT Consulting Engineers.

* Characterized geological conditions through a program of aerial photo interpretation, surface mapping and subsurface exploration for a large geologically complex multi purpose development site in Irvine, California for Zeiser-Kling Consultants, Inc

* Acted as Lead Geologist for a residential and golf course development project in Chino Hills California for Zeiser Kling Consultants, Inc.

* Provided mapping and exploration services culminating in a new and accurate geological interpretation of a proposed residential community site in Lake Havasu City, Nevada for NMG Geotechnical, Inc.

* Developed and maintained nearly half the firm's contracts and revenue.

* Performed geohazard risk assessments, slope stability and landslide investigations, fault investigations, coastal bluff stability evaluations, geophysical studies, environmental assessments, and forensic investigations.

* Developed a streamlined and cost effective geotechnical review process ultimately adopted by the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Beach and other municipalities.

* Managed and trained staff and subcontractors in safety, mapping, subsurface logging, data interpretation and presentation, report preparation and technical editing.

* Provided detailed onsite mapping and documentation of geologic features in a dynamic grading and excavation environment.

* Provided sensible and timely mitigation recommendations relative to geologic constraints and opportunities as a part of the client-owner's QA/QC and construction monitoring representative on numerous sites.
