WORK EXPERIENCE

Duties/ Responsibilities:
Complete construction in conformance with schedule, quality, and budget guidelines.
Ability to lay out a site, maintain a photographic record, perform compaction tests, concrete break tests, megger tests, complete as-built drawings, complete grounding, and negotiate with subcontractors.
Inspect job sites daily and maintain and enforce all OSHA safety practices, conduct weekly safety meetings with employees and subcontractors, troubleshoot field issues - including employee problems, customer concerns, and scheduling issues.
Additionally, this position ensured all company vehicles and equipment are maintained and being property operated.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position required supervising a crew of 5-7 field employees and subcontractors.
Construction Supervisor, Global Wireless, Costa Mesa, CA., Aug 2001- Jan 2002
Customers Include: BechTel, AT&T, American Tower Corp. The Project included installing, repairing and testing of 1100 AT&T GSM/3G Sites in the Los Angeles Market.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing assigned construction activities of telecommunication sites and overseeing all aspects of tower erection.
Ensure quality construction is being performed within established budget and schedule while retaining customer standards of performance.
Ability to read and understand site status reports, site plans, tower drawings, and grounding plans.
Also responsible for interfacing with customers and subcontractors.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise Tower Crew and oversee subcontractors in GSM and 3G equipment installation and testing.
Project Manager, Mericom Corporation, Appleton, WI., July 2000- May 2001
Customers Include: Sprint, SBA, Nextel, Alamosa and Cellcom. This Project included installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing of 60 2,4, and 6 Gig Microwave/PCS Sites in the Green Bay Market for Sprint Alamosa.
Duties/Responibilities:
Review with customer, applicable plans, specifications and change orders to assure a full understanding of what is required within the region and for the site(s) being constructed.
Prepare schedules of progression, plan subcontractor requirements, as well as material and equipment requirements, and ensure appropriate zoning permits and lease status approvals have been received prior to initializing construction.
Coordinate, track, and gain approval of project documents, site construction activities, site development plans, and soil reports.
Read and understand construction drawings and bids. Identify materials needed for site construction and ensure it is ordered within the proper policies and procedures.
Coordinate delivery and offloading of towers, generators, shelters and other required materials.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises construction and support staff of 6 Tower Crews, multiple sub-contractors, and multiple construction sites for Celluar/PCS/Microwave equipment installation and testing.
Site Supervisor, American Tower Corp., Ft. Lauderdale, FL., Aug 1998- Jan 2000
Customers Include: Bellsouth Mobility, AT&T, Sprint, FP&L, US Coast Guard, Nextel, Alcatel, AllTell, US Celluar, and PrimeCo. Many Projects that included installing, maintaining, repairing and testing of Celluar, PCS, and 2,4,and 6 Gig Microwave sites and equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Proper inspection and use of personal safety equipment.
Identify and select cables, ropes, blocks, and tackle by weight and size of load to be moved.
Perform all the duties as specified for an senior rigger.
Supervise all work of riggers on the tower.
Monitor the activities of the intermediate and junior riggers.
The ability to give direction to Crane Operators engaged in hoisting and moving loads, to ensure the safety of others and material handled.
Train junior staff members.
Attend regular safety meetings.
At times review all documentation to prepare for installation.
At times review all drawings prior to start of installation to determine required installation methods, tools and equipment.
