* Spearheaded all marketing, in-home sales, construction logistics, design work, accounting, crew and subcontractor management, budgeting, scheduling and vendor/customer relations.
* Collaborated with 12 subcontractors and 30+ vendors to execute projects valued up to $60,000. Simultaneously manage three construction crews during peak season months.
