PROJECT EXECUTED: Coal injection plant a cost saving project of Blast furnace for the reduction in consumption of coke.
Jetty capacity enhancement project for the conveying of raw material from port to plant. Estimation, budgeting, complete engineering of electrical and automation system, erection, testing and commissioning.

b) Coal Washery project of M/S BCCL at Madhuband installation, testing & commissioning of 33 KV switchyard, MCC’S & controls system equipments, HT & LT motors.
Testing & commissioning of Allen-Bradly make PLC development and modification of ladder logic programme as per interlocking scheme or as per process requirement.
c) Naval warship of Indian Navy at GRSE Calcutta, Installation testing & commissioning of various types of electrical equipments.
d) Detailing, planning, sourcing & execution of SDU Off sites & Utilities at IOCL Digboi Refinery.
e) Detail engineering, sourcing & execution of 220 KV Switchyard of DVC MTPS Durgapur.
f) Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 2X165 TPH Boiler and 77 MW TG of CPP Phase- II at Jindal Steel and Power Raigarh.

Project Executed:
Installation & commissioning of complete Electrical Equipments of sponge Iron Plant, waste heat recovery boiler, induction furnace, 15 MW Captive Power Plant.
Erection and commissioning of 33 KV switchyard containing main 33/11KV, 10MVA transformer and different distribution transformer, their protective relays and breaker panels, erection and commissioning of LT distribution boards.
2 X 7.5 MW (11KV, 510A, 50 Hz) turbo generator commissioning. Testing and commissioning of relay panels, exciter controls panels and breaker controls panels. Synchronization of turbo generator with main grid (MPEB).
Commissioning of four nos. induction furnace (a high frequency 1500 KW converter inverter set for the melting of scrap), with their transformer.
Repairing of AC/DC motors and their corresponding control panel.
