The company is one of the leading contractors in Cairo, the project list for the last few years was including ( compound Academy in west Cairo – Tea Factory in Al-Oboor City – 400 Beds touristy Resort in Hourgada with all the required facilities ).
Duties & Responsibilities :-
•    I’m the director for the group of running projects, the accurate implementation, within the budget, on time, is my direct responsibility .
•    Planning for the new projects from the tendering stage.
•    Satisfying the clients is my first task.
•    Keeping my control on the relationship with the project’s stakeholders, and all the resources.

2-    From October 1995 To Jan. 2001:
* Construction Manager, Al-Mana G. Hospitals, Al-Khober, KSA
The company is one of the top five in the field of the medical services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities :
•    The head of construction department for one of the multy-business company ( Al-Mana Group) .
•    My task was Planning and directing a group of complex projects for the company such as:-
-    Constructing Al-Mana G. Hospital in Huffof , 200 beds with a hospitality level of 4 stars .( project budget 95 million S.R.).
-    Full renovation and development for Al-Mana G. Hospital in Dammam (KSA) .
-    Different types of the employee hostels ( villas – multi-storey – compounds with a comprehensive facilities) .
-    Group of new Villas and palaces for the owners of the company in Al-Khouber city, on 30,000 Sq . m. with cost about 100 million S.R.
-    New administration building for Al-Mana Group in Al-Khober city, KSA.
-    I was in charge of all these projects in different locations (up to 200 km away from the head office ) with a different end users and different stakeholders, using the rules of the project management and the supporting computer bacages.

3-    From December 1992 To October 1995
* Project Manager, Swaid Enterprises (K.S.A),
The Main Business of that company was the construction projects for Saudi ARAMCO Oil company .(Approved Contractor for long-term projects).
Duties & Responsibilities :-
-    Project manager for (the main yard of Road heavy equipment work shops) project.
-    Projects Superintendent for the following projects with ARAMCO .
I ) East & West main oil pipe line renovation and services (3 years contract) for 400 k.m. long (Riyadh – Yanbu )and valves .
II ) Oil pipes main store yard for central area of ARAMCO – the project consists of different pre-engineered steel sun shelters and offices (Dhahran) .
III ) Full Renovation of ARAMCO – dental center ( Ras-Tanwra ) .
4-    From April 1989 to 1992
•    Project Engineer, Abdul Atty Thabet & Partners co.

Duties & Responsibilities :
•    Project Manager for the tower of the Lawyers Syndicate in Souhage, the project was consisting of 12 floors + basement, landscaping, gardens and play ground for the social club. The project was 400 k.m. away of the head office in Cairo.
•    Project Engineer for the village of the Olympic Games in Cairo, the project was including the full renovation for the village .

5-    From Oct. 1986 to 1989
•    Civil Inspector, The Big Projects Organization, The Ministry of Defense, Egypt.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Member of the inspection team for the project ( Rabah Al-Adawia City ) which was including 400 residential flats, high level of finishing + mosque + clinic + social club + infra structure .
