Le Reve Residential tower Project.
Responsible for the planning & Monitoring activities for Le Reve tower ( residential Tower 51 story approximately 1400 square meter for each tower (Two very prestigious flats in Each level up to level 36 and one flat per floor above level 36)

Dubai Pearl Project (Tower A1, A4 & A5).
Responsible for the planning & monitoring activities for 4 packages of Dubai Pearl Project (Hotel Tower 62 story in addition to 2 residential Towers 52 story and the shared 3 levels podium of a total area of approximately 66000 square meter per level)

* Monitoring Execution and preparing weekly reports and look-ahead schedules for all projects and consolidating projects reports into monthly reports to Higher Managements.

* Coordinating and circulating resources (between 14 Project through out 2002 & 2003) in various fields (Infra Structure, Industrial, Residential Complexes, Palaces and high rise buildings).

* Scheduling, budgeting and monitoring variances for all procurement activities to assure timely arrival of materials to sites while registering records and alarming for variances in quantities and prices.

* Preparing recovery schedules and action plans for recovering variances and/or assessing changes impact on schedules and budgets and preparing time extension claims.

* Major Projects:

1. EASTERN PROVINCE CEMENT COMPANY HEAD OFFICE EPCC (Dammam – Khobar Highway)
The (SAR 70M) project was a 19 Story CIP Framing Building with curtain Walls Cladding. Built on loose soil utilizing Pile foundations. It consists of a basement, Ground Floor, a technical floor, 15 repetitive stories and a roof. The building has a built up area exceeding 20,000 m2 with high quality finishes and modern electro-mechanical systems (Addressable fire detection system, fire fighting system, intelligent power saving lighting system, MATV, CCTV, LAN and Chilled water HVAC system) Most of which are monitored and controlled by a sophisticated BMS.

2. ABDUL-KAREEM COMMERCIAL BUILDING SAMC (Dammam Cornish Road)
The (SAR 30M) project was a 10 Story CIP Framing Building with curtain Walls Cladding. Built on loose soil utilizing Pile foundations. It consists of a basement, Ground Floor, a Mezzanine floor, 6 repetitive stories and a restaurant on the roof floor. The building has a built up area exceeding 12,000 m2 with high quality finishes and modern electro-mechanical systems (Addressable fire detection system, fire fighting system, intelligent power saving lighting system, MATV, CCTV, LAN and Package type HVAC system) Most of which are monitored and controlled by a sophisticated BMS.

3. ATEF SAEED COMMERSIAL BUILDING (Khobar Pepsi Road)
The (SAR 13M) project was a 6 Story CIP Framing Building with curtain Walls Cladding. Built on loose soil utilizing Raft foundations. It consists of a basement, Ground Floor, a Mezzanine floor, 3 repetitive stories and a roof floor. The building has a built up area exceeding 7,000 m2 with high quality finishes and modern electro-mechanical systems (Analogue fire detection system, fire fighting system, intelligent power saving lighting system, MATV, CCTV, LAN and Package type HVAC system).

4. AMCDE ENGINEERING OFFICE BUILDING – Khobar Rakah
The (SAR 13M) project was a 5 Story CIP Framing Building with curtain Walls Cladding. Built on loose soil utilizing Raft foundations. It consists of a Ground Floor, a Mezzanine floor, 3 repetitive stories and a restaurant on the roof floor. The building has a built up area exceeding 6,000 m2 with high quality finishes and modern electro-mechanical systems (Analogue fire detection system, fire fighting system, lighting system, MATV, CCTV, LAN and Package type HVAC system.

5. AL JERAISY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX – Riyadh
The (SAR 50M Excluding Material Prices) project consist of 2 Prestigious Residential palaces, 6 Sons Villas, Reception palace, 2 diwanias, a mosque, a driver quarter, for a total built up area exceeding 22,000m2 and annexes surrounded by more than 2000 m of pre-cast concrete perimeter fences. The project contains intensive high quality landscaping that contains –but not limited to- Seven swimming pool, Artificial lake, fountains and plantation

6. PRECISION FORGING PLANT. (Dammam Second Industrial Area)
The (SAR100M) Heavy industrial Project consists of a Production building, an administration building, main incoming substation building, 2 underground water tanks (Fire and sweet Water), a septic tank, a reverse osmosis plant building, a water well, a weighing bridge, a material storage area, perimeter fences and guard house in addition to several buried supporting utilities.

The Main production building was an 8,000 m2 Steel Structure Building that contains 2 presses (2500 Ton & 4000 Ton) in addition to Material Cutting and Staging for Both Carbon Steel and stainless steel flanges, Die Manufacturing lines, car hearth Furnaces, totally computerized Milling Machines in addition to 2 Overhead Cranes and the associated control rooms, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, labs and technical offices).

The administration building was a 2500 m2 2 Story steel structure building supported by modern electro-mechanical systems.

7. APPLIED MEDICAL SCIENCES FACULTY – King Faisal University Dammam
The (SAR 50M) Project consist of a 3 Story CIP Concrete Building (15,000 m2) Built in KFU compos over a very loose sand enhanced by soil replacement Method (Stone Columns).

The building contains several class rooms, offices, labs, Dean & Staff offices, auditorium and Plaza are with all accompanied sophisticated electro-mechanical system for such construction like LPG, oxygen and Vacuum lies, LAN, Fire detection and fighting systems, MATV, CCTV and chilled water HVAC system.

8. AL KHALEEG VILLAGE –Saudi Hotel & Resort company SHARACO Half-moon
The (SAR 15M) Projects was the infrastructure for a Village. It was to construct a 6 km 12m Road under which Sewer lines, Fire Water Lines, Raw Water lines, Medium Voltage Cables and telecommunication cables. The scope of work included the street lighting, 3 Lift Stations, 3 Electrical Substations and several Manholes and Holes in addition to the surrounding landscaping and side walks.

9. ARAMCO POWER DISTRIBUTION DEPARTMENT HEAD OFFICE BUILDING –ABQAIQ
The (SAR 17M) project was to Construct a 6000m2 Steel Structure Building Head office Building in addition to a workshop, Truck and Trailer Shelter, Musalla and Covered Storage Area. The project scope of work included all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and furniture work adopting the well known ARAMCO standards and procedures.

10. SCECO SUBSTATIONS – Dammam & Faisaliah
The Scope of work was to construct 2 Substations for the 36.6 KVA Stations located in Dammam first industrial Area and Faisaliah. Each was approximately 450m2 with all required electromechanical Systems, cable trays, Duct Banks and trenches adopting SCECO well known Standards & Procedures.

11. AL TURKI COMMERCIAL CENTER – Khobar Cornish Road
The Scope of work was to construct a three steel Building shopping center with pre-cast concrete cladding, with glass shop fronts and electrically operated doors. The scope included providing three transformers, package type AC Units, Fire Fighting system in addition to external work that consists of Underground water tank, asphalt work. Side walks and fountains. Internal Finishes were left to tenants

1. IBN HAYYAN PLASTIC PRODUCTS CO. TAYF-1 project (A multi national industrial rush project for Saudi Basic Industries Co. SABIC.) The Petrochemical Industrial project was a three plants project with their utilities, namely an Artificial Leather Products Plant, a Wall Covering Products Plant and a Cellular Extruded Product Plant with a provisional contract value of $200M.

2. HRH PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDUL-AZIZ CITY FOR HUMANITARIAN SERVICES.
Participated in the Monitoring and control process the Bid Packages 5,6 and 10 of the project
