The project included construction of two spillways, one bridge, raising the height of the existing rock fill dam, raising an existing bridge by adding a new span, pier and abutment

Conducted progress meetings and coordinated the agenda with the various contractors.
Supervised construction of the $1.1 million Control Building
Chaired monthly safety meetings for the Engineer=s staff and conducted safety audits.
Researched, wrote, compiled and published a ASite Specific@ Safety Manual.
Provide technical consultation concerning concrete mix design, repairs, and placing techniques.
In 1991 responsibilities were increased to include Area Management and Contract Administration for the completion of the $5 million Control Valves Installation contract and the $10 million Gates and Stoplogs contract, and assumed supervision of the CSA Certified Site Materials Testing Laboratory.

Supervised the inspection team for the $46 million, 155,000 cubic metre concrete spillway on the Oldman River Dam Project.
Trained the inspection staff for the batch plant, concrete placing and finishing operations.

CONCRETE TUNNEL LINING TECHNICAL ADVISOR 1988 - 1989

Supervised and provided technical advise on the Marsyangdi Hydroelectric Project.
Reviewed and revised concrete mix designs for the 240,000 cubic metre, 7.2 km long, 6.4 metre diameter Headrace tunnel. The mix redesign resulted in a saving of US$1.2 million.
Trained and supervised a multi-national workforce during assembly and installation of the specialized formwork and placing equipment.
Acted as shift foreman during concrete placing and forming operations.
Advised workers on proper placing, vibrating and finishing procedures and techniques.
