After the devastating earthquake in 1999 I have worked for a firm specialized in earthquake retrofitting of industrial and public buildings. I was one of the experts who have initiated to steering the building trend towards steel-beam, load-bearing, seismic-proof construction methods. I was in charge of Emlakbank Construction group for mass-housing units and waste water treathment plant in Marmara zone of
Turkey.

I am very qualified since not only have worked with selective Turkish companies but also have worked with foreigner companies.
I worked at multi-million dollars construction projects. While studying
English and German construction companies I was able to bridge the construction techniques & moral gap with skill and wit.

My personal view and philosophy is to define a question then to provide
An answer that is fossilized and set in concrete. Because when an entity functions from a point of policy for policy's sake there is a very little room left for sprit and intuition. An action plan which is well examined must be brought to the forefront from a background of unifying absolute.
This absolute is based on information analysis throughout. I believe the role I want to play is to search what is intrinsic. I must assert the values to be brought from the vast experience and grind off daily activity into rapidly changing venues that are not only politically correct but also ethically fulfilling.
